The fact of the matter is this forum has been PG-13 rated since its inception. I've been letting some things slide. The fact of the matter is I CAN'T ban certain things in chat. I can't ban language. But the fact of the matter is, I needed to use Tony as an example to show that I am serious about upholding these rules. He got banned from here because he threatened the forum. However, the chat should have the same rules as the forum itself.
