Make a final tier that isn't filled with Metal, solo artists, or any of the help-I-need-final-tier-variety clichés around here(The Nervous Breakdown, Rude Mood).

I can't really make a tier like that... I hardly ever hear anything outstanding w/o it being metal and I don't wanna do the research to find outstanding non metal guitar songs
