I'd talk to Paypal or Ebay like they said. If this were me, I'd take the cruel route, just report them to the guys on the second link by there. teehee

You could message them saying "pay me back within ____ or i'll report you", I suppose

and if they don't reply, boom, go eif on them, hard

so far I've sent them a message saying something along the lines of "I know what you did. Fix it or else."

my preferred outcome would be full refund and me buying the game at wal-mart. Of course, this means I have to start all over.

Also, it may NOT be a pirated version. The game itself looks okay, it's just that research I did pointed to pirated copies that have been flooding from China, specifically Hong Kong, where I got mine.

The seller has a 5 day complaint period for refunds and replacements, and since I got it yesterday, I should be safe. I'll wait for his response before I do anything.
