He started being all dictatory or whatever when some messed up crap (GOD, self censoring BLOWS) happened, so by this logic that means that saying the F word is the cause of a problem. That must be the reason! since he is merely trying to keep this forum a nice safe place, and saying/typing the F word hurts people and gives them cancer, aids, and makes people murder each other.

Maybe he just doesn't want to hear it???
