THERE WAS A BOMB SCARE IN MY SCHOOL TODAY.



This kid in the year below me pretended to be a teacher and phoned a bomb disposal team, and said there was a bomb in the school. When asked to describe it, he just described a picture of a bomb in a book at the school.


The bomb disposal guys arrived just after lunch, and when the teachers saw them, most freaked, and word got round that the kids were "apparently" being sent home. Some teachers weren't sure, but loads of kids started leaving so everyone was sent home after all. I got home 3 hours earlier than usual.


My first day back after 3 weeks off, and everyone gets sent away after only just over half a day. Win.


Oh, what happened to the kid. Well, a librarian overheard parts of the conversation before he rang the BDS planning it all out. By the time everyone had sussed it was a hoax, we'd all gone home. But the kid has been expelled and his parents could face a fine of over £500.
