What an odd weekend....

Friday Afternoon: *I get in from Work*

Mother: Hey Antony, we're going to Ireland
Me: Uhh....why?
Mother: We have family there so why not?
Me: ....
Mother: We leave in an hour

so I was in Dublin, Ireland, with family, Friday and Saturday.

Friday (In Dublin)
*Mother knocks on relatives' door*
*Door opens*

Mother: Hi!
Relative: Uhh... why are you here?
Mother: We had nothing better to do this weekend so why not!
Me: ....
Relative: ...
Mother: Ooh I love this wallpaper *Bursts into the somewhat scared relatives' house*

*Me and relative (who happens to be my aunt) look at each other confusedly*

Aunt: Wha-
Me: I have no idea.

Needless to say, Saturday was very awkward.

Anyway, on to Sunday, me having gone to sleep about 2 in the morning:

Sunday:

*I wake up*

Me: Ughh, where are we?
Mother: In a car
Me: What?! What time is it?
Mother: 11 in the morning
Me:....
Mother: We're in Wales!
Me: *Shock*
Mother:
Me: Why are we in Wales?
Mother: Why not?
Me: ....
Mother: We're in a Service Station by Swansea
Me: ....k?
Mother: We're on the way home so I thought let's go to Swansea! And now we're nearly in Swansea
Me: ....
Mother: Let's look around Swansea!

Anyway, having looked around Swansea, we're now back in another service station, about to go home.

I'm eating a burger.

Swansea on the other hand is about 3 hours away

Feels good. I have no idea what time we left Dublin. Must have been about 4 in the morning. I do worry about my ol' Mother sometimes...
