New Metallica CD

I found a little info about thier new CD. Just wanted to share it with you guys.

Death Magnetic is the upcoming ninth studio album by American heavy metal band Metallica. The album will be the band's first to feature current bassist Robert Trujillo and the first to be produced by Rick Rubin. It will also be their first studio album released through Warner Bros. Records, although they still remain with Warner Music Group, which also owns Elektra Records, the band's previous label.
From May 12, 2008 (2008-05-12), the future album is heavily promoted on the specially dedicated website, entitled "Mission Metallica", which features daily updates of exclusive, behind-the-scenes sneak previews with photos and video clips from the studio. On May 15, 2008 (2008-05-15), Lars Ulrich confirmed there that Metallica recorded 11 songs for Death Magnetic, although only 10 will appear on the album due to the constraints of the physical medium. A short video, released on June 14, 2008 (2008-06-14) on "Mission Metallica", revealed the album's official title.

Yeah. James is often qouted saying that Death Magnetic is gonna be like a moderne ...And Justice For All.

Their new single is better than anything theyve released in the past 20 years, excluding covers....if the album is this quality or better ill buy it, but I hope to hear better songs than The Day That Never Comes...

No, it hasn't yet. THanks for posting it. Wow, that really is good.It reminded me of Fade To Black at parts.

Metallica isn't all just Master Of Puppets. You ever heard Fade To Black?

Personally the stuff off of Power Metal Demo is my favorite, its just so unpolished and I freakin love james voice when its all clean and unfocused, I like Power Metal - Puppets, Justice was WAY to progressive and droning for me...

I was quite pissed to hear the solo in the day that never comes...
heres a solo I recorded one day at a friends (On his guitar so the tone is total shit...plus I totally guffed the mid section...) and one of the parts in the solo of the new song is EXACTLY the same as mine >_< not to say they ripped me off whatsoever, but that solo is really important to my stage-show and Im afraid of people saying "Oh he ripped that off of metallica!!!"....anywho, if your interested

Yeah. This stuff is WAY better than St. Anger. I kinda do agree with James when he said that Death Magnetic is like a moderne Justice.
