The tiering and entire final tier is abysmal.

A boss battle against David Gilmour would suck, because he's more of a pretty guitar atmosphere guy, and not a gunslinger. Alexi Laiho because he's just another random Finnish shredder no general kick-ass-as-much-as-possible guitar rock guys care about... a lot better than your run-of-the-mill melodic death metal, power metal guys though, for sure. No Boundaries and Speed Metal Symphony are just overblown wankfests.

To Be Loved Again isn't a song, End of Heartache is emo crap, Every Breath You Take is probably the worst Police song for GH, same for Blitzkrieg Bop and the Ramones, and Sweet Leaf would be boring.

HOWEVER

Hitchin' A Ride is super-cool, even though you have two Green Day songs for some reason. Rise Above is cool 25 or 6 to 4 is cool

Also try and get it through your head that non-Metal guitarists can play hard guitar too.

The first boss. The first one is always too easy though. Relient K isn't a bad band.

I care about them. But I will change the boss. You guys probably won't like him either anyway.

Jim Root as a tier 2 boss?

FAIL

It's not if we like them, it's if any general music fan will have any idea who they are.
