it's finished, i'm about 10% done with lyrics. i added better sweeps and an acoustic end section.

svart and eifion, ill post it tomorrow so you can see it.

I wouldn't consider Megadeth thrash.

They know how to slow down, have those awesome harmonies and stuff.

What I mean is... lazy-ass-straight-rhythm-backbone-riffs.

I wouldn't consider Megadeth thrash.

They know how to slow down, have those awesome harmonies and stuff.

I'd say it's decent. The acoustic part doesn't match the metal part, and the solos are just pentatonic wankery.

For the most part, I enjoyed it....

The chords at the beginning sounded like it could be Runescape background music, lol.

When it picks up at 14, I would say try to make a smoother transition, it sounds like it's an entirely new song with no repeating elements.

Not sure what you want to do with the various gaps from 17 to 75. If you want me to write an interesting bass part, I can try it out.

The strange trill solo thing from 55 - 58 might need a little work on your part. Or, it's perfect and GP makes it sound bad. I don't know for sure.

The solo starting at 80 kind of sounded Highway Star-esque. That's not necessarily a bad thing Very Happy

You might want to check out some of the notes at 88, those triplets did not sound right...

Same issue at 108 through 110. Some notes did not sound write with the chords. Again, it might just be the Guitar Pro sound.

That's about it. If you want me to write a bass part, I can surely try it out.
